SYNOPSIS:
The CEO wanted to build on the positive atmosphere created and to put the emphasis onto frontline counter staff. The staff must take responsibility, and make the difference for the year ahead.


PROJECT DETAILS:

 

Conceptualized, created and implemented a follow-up Conference:

          1. Theme: The U Factor.
          2. HSBC presenters to present contents in a new way: via UTV.
          3. Presentations conducted as a series of "TV programmes" including Letterman style, Nature Programme, Sports and Quiz Show.
          4. Professional comedian acts as compère, TV host, foil etc.
          5. Mock adverts of competitors created
          6. TV studio sets on stage
          7. Musical indoor teambuilding.
          8. Blowout comedy dinner
